We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, hype and amazing team-oriented office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, enjoys learning, and is eager to grow both personally and professionally.
As part of our dynamic customer relations team, you’ll be responsible for training on new client accounts, developing deep product knowledge, and engaging directly with customers to provide exceptional service and support. You’ll also have access to continuous mentorship in customer service, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship — with a clear pathway to leadership and management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in person to provide information, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.
- Client Onboarding: Participate in training sessions for new client campaigns, learning about each client’s goals, target audience, and program offers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow representatives and management to achieve team goals, share best practices, and maintain a supportive office culture.
- Product Knowledge: Master all aspects of the products and services offered to effectively educate customers and make recommendations.
- Sales & Support: Present tailored pitch and solutions, and assist in completing transactions via client application. Help process payment through phone.
- Reporting: Track and communicate customer feedback, daily progress, and performance metrics to management.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing workshops, mentorship programs, and leadership training to prepare for advancement opportunities.
