Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential plumbing and heating systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, transitioning them into building layouts
- Install plumbing fixtures (tubs, showers, faucets, sinks, toilets, etc.)
- Communicate with managers and other trades on-site
- Organize material lists and deliveries
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumbing license
- Experience in residential custom homes and renovations
- Minimum 4 years experience in the residential plumbing industry
- Good understanding of the plumbing codes in Vancouver
- Valid driver's license
