Duration: October 20th to mid-December (approx. 6 weeks)
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Location: Brampton, ON
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and personable Administrative Assistant for a short-term assignment supporting our team in Brampton. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic office environment and contribute to our accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with documentation and administrative tasks
- Support Accounts Payable processes using our internal system
- Communicate professionally via phone and email
- Coordinate meetings and schedules using Outlook and MS Teams
- Learn day-to-day tasks from our current Admin Assistant during the first two weeks of training
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Pleasant phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel (mid-level), Outlook (email & calendar), and MS Teams
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow directions
- Some knowledge of Accounts Payable is a plus

End Date: Approximately the second week of December
